By accessing or using the EllaRide platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
EllaRide is an intercity carpooling platform that connects drivers and passengers traveling the same route across Greece. We facilitate cost-sharing — drivers do not profit from rides. All fares are capped by a distance-based formula covering fuel and toll expenses only.
Users must provide accurate personal information during registration. Drivers must maintain valid Greek ID, KTEO documentation, and active insurance. Any misuse of the platform for commercial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
All payments are processed through our secure digital escrow system. Funds are released to the driver only upon successful completion of the ride. Full refunds are issued automatically in the event of a driver cancellation.
EllaRide acts as a platform connecting travelers and is not a transportation provider. We are not liable for any incidents that occur during travel. We encourage all users to verify driver credentials and use the in-app safety features.
